Divine Medical Centre a Multi Speciality Hospital commenced its service in healthcare as the Public Limited Company with an authorized capital of Rs 2.5 Crores. The capital constituted 2500 shares of Rs 10000 face value, which was issued and subscribed fully. The assets such as Land, building, furniture’s & fixtures etc. are duly owned by the hospital itself.

Aswany Hospital the 300-bedded super specialty hospital was setup in the heart of Trichur city , Kerala, under the leadership of Dr. C.N Parameshwaran ( the President of Kerala Private Hospitals Association , Trichur District ) . Divine Medical Centre has a strong tie up with this multi speciality hospital from its beginning, and our hospital is proud to have Dr. C.N Parameshwaran as one of our distinguished Director and the Medical Superintendent of the Hospital. The management of the hospital was entrusted to twelve member board of Directors drawn from different walks of life but at the same time efficient and conversant with the administration. The working of our hospital has been this effective so far, is only because of a strong support in the form of reliable advices and instructions from the officials in Aswini Hospital.
