Department of Medicine has two full time physicians dealing with all routine and emergency cases in Medicine. Well equipped medical ICU with facilities for dealing heart attacks and all other heart ailments, acute severe asthma, strokes etc., is also available.

This is yet another Department which we can be proud of. We undertake all major and minor obstetric and gynaecological procedures in this department. All complicated gynaecoloagical procedures are undertaken here.

Infertility clinic is conducted by Dr. Sreenivasan. TVS and IUI are routinely done with good results.

Department of Paediatrics

Department of Paediatrics is one of the best Departments our hospital can boast of. Headed by two eminent Paediatricians, the department has a full fledged Neonatal Intensive Care Unit complete with incubators, phototherapy systems etc. Since the inception of the hospital we have had a handful of occasions where we could be proud of our Paediatric Department. Saving two new borns with a mere birth weight of 700 grams is one of them.

Acquiring a paediatric Ventilator is on the agenda as an expansion programme of this department.

Department of Surgery

Department of Surgery is full fledged and is being supervised by two eminent and experienced Surgeons. Our theatre complex consists of two well-equipped major operating rooms and a minor operating room, postoperative intensive care ward and operating microscope. Dr. Sankarankutty being a rare double specialist is a veteran surgeon. Surgical correction of male and female infertility and post sterilization recannalisation is done in the surgery department.

We have a panel of anesthesiologists on call to serve in our hospital. Specially trained, dedicated Operation Theatre nursing staff is our asset.

Upgradation of the department includes starting of a laproscopic clinic and a gastro-intestinal endoscopic clinic too.

Department of Orthopaedics

The Orthopaedic Department of Divine Medical Centre is the best in this region. This department can boast of an excellent theatre complex with advanced Image Intensifier (C-arm) and traction table. In trauma cases interlockings, Hip Surgeries, Platings and Flap Surgeries are done here.

We have a 24-hour Casualty Department run by efficient medical officers who can start the treatment once the patients reach us. Needy cases are operated round the clock.

All this and more are available to the patients at a very reasonable cost in comparison to any hospital of this stature.

Department of Ophthalmology

We have a full-fledged Eye Department with facilities for Microsurgery Small incision (Key Hole), Manual Phaco cataract Surgery with IOL implantation. We have facilities for Glaucoma management, Diabetic Retinopathy screening and all Ophthalmic Procedures.Upgradation of the Department includes instrumental Phaco Emulsification Surgery.
